Single Window System

Access to the Vanuatu electronic Single Window system is restricted to authorised users only.

The Single Window system uses the Java software. If your computer does not have Java, please click here to download it and install.

01/09/2026 : Officials from the Tonga Ministry of Revenue & Customs conducted a study tour to Vanuatu on 25-28 August 2026. This is primarily to prepare Tonga Customs in implementing its own Single Window system.
